Duccin, LtdJ, Bo)th, M.Djnald and Company, Ltd., and Andrews, Beaven and Co., Christchurch, and the company will be cpen to d.al with other firms desiring to j )in the amalgamation, the objact of which is to effect economies in tho purchase of raw materials and manufacture, and in the distribution cf farm implements and general machinery. The several factories will be conducted on much the saute lines as at present, but tbere will be a gradual re-organi-sation of staffs and specialisation of depart men's, the whole being managed from Christchurch.
