♦ FIR PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, February 15. News hw been received that Lieut. - Oolonel Morland occupied Ratio on February 3rd. Two officers and twtlve men were wouoded. Threi hundred of the enemy were killed. The Enir of Kaao, with a thousand ho.ssmeo, fled to Sokoto.
