JURY DISAGREE. I FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Napier, February 14, Toe jary in ths charge against Moore and Mills of alleged murder have disagreed, and a fresh trial was ordered for Tuesday. Oa refusing to accept a verdict against one accused and &ot the other, Mr Justice Edwards said it was dangerous to make fresh departures in these matters, and he decided to stick to the beaten track.
