THE PLAGUE IN QUEENSLAND.
The Premier's private secretary, by direction of the Right Hon. the Premier, informs us thai helms received a cable from the Premier of Queensland that he regrets to advise him of a further case of plague at Brisbane yesterday, and of a fatal case at Rockhampton on Wednesday. He adds that •very possible precaution is being taken.
