Mr Mike moved, That this Executive is opposed to any expenditure on extension of breakwater (unlrss from surplus revenue) during the currency rf the presentloan, and that it be referred to the branches. Mr Thomas' seconded the motion, which was curried. It, was r.-solved that the Vicc-Presi-den*; (Mr Lerch) should go to the nexOolonlil Execu ive meeting to be held at Palmr.rston North.
