LIBERAL DEMONSTRATION.
The Liberal demonstration to be held to-day promises to be one of the biggest affiirs ever held in New Plymouth. The Right Hon. the Premier and the Ministerial party will arrive this morning by special train, and this afternoon the party will drive to Waitara, when they will be entertained by the people of Waitara at the rosideacs of Mr T. Ogle, returaiDg to New Plymouth in time for the banquet, to be held in the evening in the Diill Hal). Seating accommodation has been provided for between 400 and 500 guests, and special attentioa is j being paid to the entering by Mr Watts, of the Imperial Hotel. The chair will l>r takon by Mr D. Beiry, President of the LibinJ Association, and a short bub appropriate toast list has bean drawn up, The toast list has bean made a3 short as possible so as to give the leading speakers seme time. Mr Seddon's speech is expected to be of a rather important character, as it is anticipated he will take the opport unity of j j dealing with several of the important questions now agitating the public mind.
