BURGLARY AT STRATFORD.

PBJt PRESS ASSOCIATIOM. Stratford, February 12. The premises of Mr J. Petrie, | jeweller, were entered by burglar* hat night. The leek of the front door had evidently been picked by an experienced hand. Owing to the more valuable gold artielei being removed nightly, the burglars got only silver and plated goods. Mr Petrie was away on a holiday, the first he his taken for seven year.", and great sympathy is manifested for him and Mrs Petrie, who, with her nephew, have been looking after the business.
