Tisch gave notice to move that the ptaseDt resolution relative to the diversion of the Mangatuku stream be rescinded and that tenders be called for diverting the stream. The Council went into committee to open tenders for cutting down Standish's hill, but the consideration of the same was deferred. The Council roee at 10 p.m.
