CONDITIONS. Two crews to start or no race. Three crews to start Qr no second prize. All race's' to,start punctually at advertised time, Ariy boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests.must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit of lQs, which sum may be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee; 1 ,',' Entrance fee 10 per cent of the amount of first, prize money offered for each ovent.
