Per Press Association. Paris, February 10. The newspaper It Temps admits there is acuta tension between the Emperor Menalik and M. Ligarde, the French repressn'ative in Abysennia, but doubt* whether M. Lagirde has been requested to hava the capital, Adis Abeba.
