FEB PBBS3 ASSOCIATION. JNapier, February 9. At the Supreme Court to-day, John Johnson and Charles E'lis were charged with "bu-glary, tbe former pleaded guilty, acd Wi-s remanded for sentence. Ellis was acquitted. Muhu and Harry Robinson, bo'h Maoris, were chaigfd with breaking and entering and tbef; at Wairoa. Robins n was scquitted, there being no evidence agairst him, but Muhu w. s sentenced to three years. Rcbinson was also scquitted of a farther charge of stealing a watch.
