i' CONDITIONS. Two crawp to start or no race. Three crews to sjart or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat'irtot at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Ea<jb protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum may be forfeited if (he protest is not upheld by the Committee. . "Entrance fee 10 per cent of the amount of BrgJ, prize money offered for each event. Names, weight of competitors (including hubsjitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry. All po§t entries (to close on Regatta Day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 per cent, on aniount <jf first prize.
