.LONDON, February 6. The Daily Mail states that the Indian Governmeat has forwarded to the Ameer of Afghanistan the twelve detained German quickfirers, two Ho*itzeis, eighteen field pieces, and 850 cases of ammunition, but has refused to forward 200 English guns valued at £34,000, they being technically forging* and intended to be finished at Cabul.
