PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, F bruary 3. The Election Court psrmi'ted th? patitions against tbe Grey Lynn and Paroell elections to be wihdrawn. Costs were allowed in the Grey Lynn case to Mr. Fowlds and to the Registrar, ten guineas eicb, and also the exp ns<s thiy had incurred. In the Parnell rase, o»ing to there having been no se> vice, casts could not be allowed. The Court recognised the hardship and expressed regret that it had no power to award costs.
