Obarles Anderson, the cook, received four de»p wounds in the thigh besides several small ones. Ke had one finger of his right hacd aim' st severed, and was conveyed to the hospital. Angus McNeil), a Ru'sian Finn, hi* assailant, was arrested after an exciting time with the police. McNeill e*pw- j Bed regret that re had not "done for" ' A nderson. Ho bad armed himself with a revolver acd threatened to kill the police btfore he was captured, but was eventually lassoced. Anderson's condition is serious.
