Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. . Protests must be In the hands of the Secretary in writing within 16 minutes after the raoe. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum may be forfeited if the protest is not npheld by the Committee. •;■■■ Entrance fee 10 per cent of the amount of first prise money offered for each event, frames, weights of competitors (lnoluding Hubftdtntes), and colours to be worn, must be >ndged at the time of entry. All post entries (to close on Regatta Say at 12 noon) will be charged 6 per cent, on iamount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. - The Committee reserve to themselves the Eight to alter the order or postpone any or 11 of the events, and add any regulations rhioh in their opinion may be necessary.
