At the Suprems Court the grand jury threw out the bill charging Chris Rynan, a Hindoo, with indecant assault, and amended the charge of rape against; John Hutches .in to one of indecent assault. Hutcheson was remanded for trial'to next sessions. John Murphy was foutd guilty <f ! indecent assault on a girl seven years of age, the jury recommending that he bj fogged. He was remanded far seatence until Wednesday. James Julian was acquit 1 ed of a charge of house-breaking at Foxton.
