THE VENEZUELAN CRISIS.
Wtt PRESS ASSOCIATION. Lohdoh, January 28. Lord B tlfeur, of Burleigh, states that Germany and Britain agreed upon joint action in Venezuela in July last. It is announced that the blockading Powers contider the oflar of 30 per cent, of tha Quito ma at Puerto Cabrilo and La Guayra sufficient to justify them in raising the blockade if tbe Ben-blockading Powers interested in Venezuela do not participate in the receipts therefrom.
