LYNCH'S IRIAL. Per Press Association. Received 23,11.30 p.m. | London, January 23. ' The case for the pros.cjtiou has closed. Lynch's cour sel raised an intricate technical point to thi interpretation of the British Naturalisation Act of 1870, contirdicg that it protected him from an/ criminality involved in respsct of the acts charged against him. The Judges unanimously overruled the plea, and evidence was then submitted that Lynch went to Sjuth Africa as a war correspondent,
