It is with great regret that wa have to announce the death on Friday evening of Mrs James Livingstone, of Hawera, conseqtent on an attack of pneumonia, which supervened on iDllaeuza. Deceased was a daughter of the late Francis Brett, and a sister of Mrs Leonard Taunton, of New Plymouth. Dr Walker was summoned te a consu.tation w.th Dr Sloane at Hawera on Friday, and left town by tbe afternoon traio, but the patient pa-sed away at 6 p.m. before his arrival. The greatest sympathy is felt with all the relatives of deceased, who was most highly esteemed and respected.
