Mi it'ry drill fur boys and appropriate physical exercise for girls resident at schools will form part of the school r ihtine for not lis* than half an hour on each day on which day school iesfci action is giv-n. Mutagen are enj lined to sen that all inmatts bave under proper supervision regular and sufficixiit opportunities for exercise, and both indoor and outdoor recreation. A suitable library must be provided nt e ich school, and inmates are to hll e »cccas to it frequently.
