We find it as close a skimmer as any machine we have run. It separates the spe-ifled 510 gallons in the hoar, and has even put through 13S0 gallons in 2 hours 32 minutes with a loss at the end of this quantity of only -06 per cent. tat in skim milk, and showine no sign of choking. It is a strongly huilt machine with only one bearing, and runs with the minimum of vibration and noise. lam of opinion that it is a Separator which will last well and take very little tto maintain.
