At the Police Courk, Willhm John Parker appeared to answer the fo'lowiog charges That on 26' h May, at Paraell, be attempted to murder Elizabeth Martin, his Bon Wi'liim Bruce Parker, and his wife Susan Parker; also with attempting to commit suicide. Parker, who showed the mark of a bullet in the right temple, walked into the dock without assistance and was qui«t in his" demeanour. He was remanded until 17th inst., us the injured parsons were still in the hospitil, bat would probably be ready to b*. discharged in ten days.
