CORONATION CEREMONIES.
At the Borough Council meeting on Monday Gr. Tisch reported the result of a luceti' g i f the Coronation Committee on Monday, and moved that the Goui cil cilebrate the coronation br erecting a band rotunda at the top of Queen-street, next the stone wall by the rail w»y, and that a sum of £125 be gtanjed for tHs and a drinking fountain, Or. Tisch said this amount woul ', with the Government subsidy, ba sufficient to piovide £&Q on ftstivitits, £SO on the fountain, and the bnlanco of XISO on tbe 1 otunda. This was amended to read that £SO of the amount be spent on celebrations and the btlance on permanent mtmerials, such as a band rotunda and ! drinking fountain, details to b* Mt to the coronation committee.
