THE ADDITIONS TO "OUR NATT." PER PBK3B ASSOOIATIOK. Received 30, 11 p.m. Lokdok, May 30. In the House ef Commons, Sir j Charles Dilke complained tbat the navy i construction programme was far too low. Mr Arnold-Forster replied that since April of but year thirty-five ships had been completed and entered the navy, .seventy-five were now being constructed, including fourteen battleships and twnnty-four armoured cruisers, coßStituticg a colossal addition. The construction of another twenty-seven vessels was immediately contemplated. The Continental naval programmes did not at present render abnormal additions to the British scheme necessary.
