Licenses can be obtained from the Chief Postmaster at New Plymouth, and I ostmasters at Wnitara, Ingle wood, and Opunake. £5 Reward will be paid to any person procuring the conviction of any offender against tbe provisions of "The Animals Protection Act, 1880."
