Henderson, Sydney, and Bellamy, Rockhampton, wrote withdrawing applications for Borough engiivetship. Cr. Lealana moved th&t the Council , piy no royalty on metal, and that instructions be given to the foreman to , make a road down to the river at the Waterworks and that all stoi:o be ob- , from thw. Seconded by Cr. Cow. , Tbe motion was negatived. i Or. Oartar supgps'ed that Oounoil I meetings should commence at 7 p.m. Or.
