It is officially announced that an extension of territory is granted ta Natal, comprising feven thousand square miles and including eight thousand whites and fifty thousand natives. It embraces Yryheid, Utrecht, and a portion of the Wakkerstroam districts in the Transvaal. Natal is to become responsib'e for a pirtion of the Transvaal debt. THE FEDERAL CONTINGENT.
