A GOVERNMENT MAJORITY EXPECTED. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received 29, 0.26 a.m. Parts, April 28. The French elections have been singularly quiet, even in Paris, where the Nationalists gained many successes. The provincial results indicate a Ministerial victory, though many second ballots will be necessary. Those elected' include MM. Delcasse, Leygues, and Lanessan (members of the Ministry), Miilvoye, Lockroy, Deschanel, Bibo*,' Bourgeois, and t)oumer. A few Nationalists succeedel in the provinces-. M. Drumont wss defeated. M. Mil* lerand, Minister for Commerce* and M; Brisson require second ballots.
