A correspondent from Hunterville writes: It is generally understood that our town and district will be merged into the o'd Rangtikei electorate, This would certainly give ug better representation, as the interests of the county were identical, which is more than can be 8-ud of ours and the northern end of the Patea electorate, on more subjects of tbe railway. It is also stated t'imt Mr R. E. Beckett, the popular auctioneer and valued member of the Rwgitikei County Council, will be * candidate. Should he come forwird he will poll heavily, as, besides being a shrewd bunness man, is deservedly populxr, and has all the qualifications for a good representative. Mr Remington, it is slid, will oppose Mr Bucket', and Mr Bruce will stand for WangaDui. —Chronide. WADE'S WORM FIGS—Ihe Wonderful Worm Worriers—are alway* effective. 1« boxes evorywhere,—Advt.
