At the Supreme Court to-d. y, in the '•as* Carroll and others v. the Bank of New Z alan 4, Judge Conolly refuted to grant an injunction against the sale of native p-operties held by the Bank of New Zealand under mortgage, but ordered that full account* be supplied, and gave leave to redeem each block !on terms to be settled in Chamber*.
