RUSSIAN MINISTER ASSASSINATED.
A STUDTtNT SHOOTS M. RIPIAGUIME MINISTER FOR THE INT <■ MOB. Received 16, 10.53 p.m. ' St. Petersburg, April 15. Bolschanett, a Kieff University student, who was punished for rioting last, year, drove in a carriage, disguised as an officer, and obtained admissiou to tho Imps-rial Go'inril of Ministers and officers at S . P ei !>urg. When M.Sipwguine, Minister for the Interior, arrived Bolschanett handed h>m a document purporting to como from the Duke Serguis. He simultaneously fired six shots from a revolver and mortally wounded M. Sipiagumo and his servant. M. Sipi'aguine died in an hour. The assiesin was arrested and declared he had vowed vengeance for the treatment he had received at Kieff.
