TATAL CONFLICT. Received 13, 5.22 p.m. Brussels, April 12. Violent scenes, almost culminating in blows, have occurred in the Chamber. The Socialist party, believing the Government to be seeking to get seven months' supplies passed, ia order to prorogue the House, are evading the debate promised for Tuesday on the Universal Suffrage Bill.

Fifteen thousand strikers are sup--1 porting the Socialists. Further riots have occurred, and have been attended by fatalities.
