Tho clerk , '' was directed to notify ratepayers thai 6 all outstanding rates plus 10 per cant. 0 would be sued for forthwith. The bilance-shset for year ended lis* 6 March was read and Adopted. Mr 8 Richard waited on the Bjard re Te ', Afj road loan; the special order makmg special rate on district for same wasad.pted.
