CROWS SSfARAiM. 510 GALLON PER HOUR. 510 °N AjTSgHIRST DAIRY J\tRBCTORS and IIANAGEBS of'FAO'am+Si* *"* ißfiled to ■ B INSPJBO * " SEPARATOR At the above Factory from 13th to 20th January inolusivb. Mr Jossph Harkness' opinion : " The Crown Separator 825 has been duly Installed in our Factory. We find it as close a skimmer as any machine we have ran. It separates the specified 510 gallons in the hour, and has even put through 1350 gallons in 2 hours 32 minutes with a loss at the end of this quantity of only -06 per cent, tat in skim milk, and showing no sign of choking. It is a strongly built machine with only one bearing, and runs with the minimnm of vibration and noise. Tam of opinion that it is a Separator which will last ■well and take very little to maintain. As far as my experience of it has gone, I am - inclined to think it is the coming factory Separator. '• (Signed) Joseph G. Habkness. "Midhirst, January 9th, 1902."
