London, April 8. Habibullah is allowing the Suhnites of Central Asiatic Russia to travel through Afghanistan en route to Mecca. The Jfovoe Vremga suggests that if properly approached the Ameer would agree to the appointment of a diplomatic agent at Kabul.

Baddah Mullah has arrived at Kabul, and congratulated the Ameer ©n his succession. He suggested that as Abdurrahman was called the "Light of the Faith," he should be denominated the " Hope of the Faith." Habibullah declined, saying he had not earned the title.
