Tha Conference decided to urge an -the Government the establishment of State fire insurance; Stata tailoring and koot shops for making boots ard clothes for State employees; S'ate forestry; that both grand and common juries ba drawn from ail classes ; that all apprentices be legally indentured; that concessions in railway fares be panted to parties to disputes travelling to sittings of the Conciliation Boards and Arbitrai.ion Court.
