A SOUDANESE RISING.
FRENCH COLUMN ATTACKED. Received 22, 0.32 p.m. London, March 21. Mohammed El Sannssi, known as the Central Sjudan Mahdi, attacked a column of two hundred Frenchmen in the vicinity of Kanem, on the southeast side of Like Tchad. Six French were killed and several wounded. Sennssi lost heavily.
