N. Lapgford (Qeraldine), Trooper Henry Harvey (Haldane, Southland), Private E. 3. Boult (Pahintua). Eighth Contingent: Trooper J. I. Robinson is dangerously ill of pneumonia at Piuetown Bridge. The following members of the Sixth Contingent are ill with enteric fever at Charleetown: George Walker, Leonard Law. John Considine, of the Seventh Contingent, is still suffering from bia gunshot wound. The Gov. rnor haa received a cable* gram from the authorities at Cape Town stating that Lieutenant Taylor had slightly improved on the 16th. The condition of Captain Markharowaa still serious.

Wellington, Match 20. In view of the shortness of time available for the mobilisation of the Tenth Contingent the Cabinet haa decided that it must be despstched from two of the four larger centres. MORE REMOUNTS FROM NEW ZEALAND. Wellington, Maroh 20. Colonel Holdaworth and Lieutenant Hopkinson, Imperial remount offioera, have come to New Zetland to purobaav seven hundred horses for the War Office. Tbey oxptct to obtain that number in six weeks.
