TEACHERS FORcOUTH AFRICA. AT the request of the Secretary of State for the Oolonies, twenty women teachers for Refugee Camps in South Africa will ba selected in this coiony. The engagement will be for one year. The salary offered b £(00 for the year, with the prospect of further empleyment for those teachers who give satisfaction and elect to remain in South h frica. Free rations and accommodation in tike o»mpsare given, and teachers will receive medical attendance free The coat of transit from the place of residence to the place of interview will be paid to thoss candidates selected by the Education Department for inte-view; »nd to the candidates finally selected th-.rn will also te p.id the cost of transit from their homes to the port of embarkation, and secoud class stsamer fares to South Africa. Candidates must be of sound physical constitution. They wilt b« reedicall" examiner! before final selection. Prefer nee will be given to trained women teachers, having, if possible, four or five year's experience of infant worit.
