Stohr's absence, and suggested an, adjournment of the Council after the uKsfc pressing business had been dealt with on account of .Band Contest busi-: ness. i The Council then wont into com-! mitt.ee to open applications for the position of engineer to the borough, j Nineteen were received and considera-! tion deferred. j Accounts amounting to £1835 2s 4d | wr-re passed and the Council adjourned ! till 26th irißfr.
