Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race Each protest most be accompanied fey a deposit of 1&, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prise money offered for each event. The Conwiittee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events., and add any regulations the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, February 20th, at S p.m.. Entries for the Swimming Handicap Race close at the same time and at the same place. Band in attendance. Special and delayed trains will be arranged to suit visitors.
