Three crews to start or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting peint at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Bach protest most be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum *hall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld' by the Committee. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered ier each event. Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry All post entries (to close dh Regatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 par cent, on amount of first priz«. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary.
