Two crews to start or no race. Three crews to stare or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests most be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 urinates after the race. Each protest mast be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which ram shall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amoant of first prize money offered for each event. Names, weight* of competitors (including substitutes), and colevs to be worn, must be lodged at the lime of entry All post entries ito close on Regatta day at 12 noon) < will be charged 5 per cent, on amoant of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or allot the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary. Entries for all Whaleboat Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, February 20th. *t 8 p.m. Entries for the Swimming Handicap Race close at the same time and at the same place. .Bud in attendance. Special and delayed trains will be arranged to suit visitors. THE ANNUAL REGATTA DANCE Will be held in St. John's Hall on Regatta Might. Good music; supper provided. H BPURDLE, Secretary.
