Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry All post entries (to close on Regatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 po: c:nt. on amount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events, and add any. regulations which in their opinion may be necessary.
