Londos, February 13. The Times says the opinion is h 'ld at Washington that Mr Holleben's view is erroneouc, and that tbe Austrian Ambassador w«s the originator of the coovenvd meeting. Lord Paun-c-fote's and Lord Cranborae's statement is regarded as conclusive.
