Two crews to start or no race. Three in to stave or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at (be proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests most be in the hands of the Secin writing within 15 minutes after the tace. Bach protest mast be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest is not npheld by tne Committee. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of coropstitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, most be lodged at the time of entry All post entries (to close on Begattaday «fc 12 noon) will be charged 5 per c?nt. on amount of fintprize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet Jnside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the light to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events, and add any regulations irhich in their opinion may be necessary. _ Entries for all (Vhaleboat Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on IHURBDAY, February 20th,. 18 p.m. Entries for the Swimming Handicap Bace close •t the same time and at the same place.
