THE PLAGUE.
PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Sydney, Dtcember 12. The official reports states there have been twelve cases of phgue since November, and that tbe disease is still existent among rats, but does not appear generally prevalent. The report ihrows no 1-ght on the source of the present outbreak. Received 12, 10.47 p.m. Sydney, February 12. A man named Gannon acd a girl named Power, have been attacked by the plague. The patient, Huxley, a produce merchant, is dead, several other suspected cases are under observation.
