Three crews to start or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Pretests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Bach protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by toe Committee. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered for each event Names, weights of compstitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry AU post entries (.to close on Regatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first priz». Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure.
