The Governors exprewed satisfaction at tbe manner in which tbe offers of free tuition had been taken up by the obildren of the distriot. The step was one in the right direction, and would undoubtedly popularise the school. The committee appointed for the purpose presented a report on the matter of Hugheo' and NewiDg*d loases.
